stand up club, with S'ki and Eva. Mislaid Eva's ticket. No quarter from staff, many gathered around big dining table. Upstairs, queue. Eva walks off, S'ki enters auditorium. 'I'm unhappy,' I tell staff. Am given small padlock and a bag, like my laptop bag. This gives admittance. I run downstairs, call Eva, but get her answerphone. She is at pub, it says. I run upstairs. The show has begun. Will I enter?
